Note:

1. Each paper requires one presenting author registration and the presenting author registration has to be completed by the author registration deadline.
2. Student attendee needs to show his/her photo ID when checking in the conference. Only if the first author is a student, the paper could enjoy student registration fee. 
3. If the length of paper exceeds 5 pages, the cost of each extra page is 50 USD. The maximum length of the paper allowed is of 8 pages.
4. Please take care of your safety and all personal belongs, and wear your name tags during the whole conference. No responsiblity or liability is accepted by conference organizer in respect of any loss or damage.
5. Cancellation Policy: If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons,
 the following refund policy applies.
1) 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund 
2) 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund 
3) Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
4) The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
5) The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
